配送ポリシー
All orders ship from Kaneka Kitagawa Tea in Shimada, Shizuoka, Japan. Domestic orders ship at a flat rate. International orders are sent by DHL Express, and shipping is calculated automatically by weight. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery time
- Dispatch: usually within 2–4 business days of payment.
- Domestic (Japan): normally 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- International (DHL Express): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.
- Made-to-order, OEM and ODM: 20 business days from confirmed order, then shipping time as above.
Business days exclude weekends and Japanese public holidays. We also close for the New Year period and for Obon in mid-August; dispatch is paused during those weeks and the dates are posted in advance.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is collected.
Shipping rates
Rates below are in Japanese yen and show representative weight bands. Rates are configured in steps from 0.5 kg up to 100 kg; the exact figure for your order is calculated at checkout.

Shipping is flat up to 2 kg
Because of how our DHL contract is structured, anything up to 2 kg ships for the same price. That is roughly fifteen 100 g pouches. If you would like to evaluate several teas, ordering them together costs you nothing extra in freight.
How weight is calculated
Shipping is based on actual weight including packaging. A 100 g pouch is counted as approximately 130 g, and a 1 kg pack as approximately 1,100 g.
Duties and import taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged in the destination country are payable by the recipient. They are not included in the product price or the shipping cost. Rates vary by country; please check with your local customs authority.
Some countries also require the recipient to complete an import formality of their own before the parcel can be released. If that applies to your destination we will contact you before shipping, so that nothing arrives unexpected.

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.
Orders over 100 kg
Shipments over 100 kg total weight are not priced online. Contact us and we will propose a more suitable method, such as palletised air freight or sea consolidation.
