A Japanese tea herbal blend: wakocha (Japanese black tea) finished by fermenting new-crop leaf from Kawane in Shizuoka, blended with Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom and clove.
The wakocha uses benifuuki, a cultivar suited to black tea.
The mellow, sweet taste of the wakocha carries an oriental note from the spices.
It is also good made as chai with milk.
The calm taste and the gentle warmth of the spices warm the body and make a restful moment.
It comes in tea bags, so it is convenient at home, at work and when you are out.
It is also very good cold-brewed, which gives a taste different from the same tea served hot.
