Matcha from Nishio in Aichi, a district that grows almost nothing but tencha. Six grades, from No.1000 for everyday latte work up to No.3800 for drinking straight. Cultivars run through Yabukita, Samidori, Gokou, Okumidori and Saemidori, with Asahi appearing at the higher grades.
