Yame Matcha

Matcha from Yame in Fukuoka, a district better known for gyokuro, where the same long shading is applied to tencha. Five grades from No.1600 to No.3500. The barista grades are built on Yabukita; Okumidori and Saemidori come in at the ceremonial end.
