Kokuu no Kizashi is a premium sencha made from leaf picked in Shizuoka, both by hand and by shears, around 23 April 2026, just after the start of the 2026 shincha season.
The cultivar is yabukita.
Leaf rich in sweetness and umami is selected, blended by an experienced tea master, and finished with a careful hiire (final firing).
It has the fresh sweetness and clean aroma of a first tea of the season.
