Uzuki no Shirase is a premium sencha born from leaf picked in Shizuoka Prefecture around 26 April 2026, shortly after the start of the 2026 shincha season.
The cultivar is yabukita.
Leaf packed with sweetness and umami is carefully selected, blended by an experienced tea master and finished with careful hiire (final firing).
It has the fresh sweetness and clean aroma of a first tea of the season.
It is finished so that the freshness and full aroma of new-crop leaf come through.
