Uzuki no Shirase is a premium sencha made from leaf picked in Shizuoka around 24 April 2026, shortly after the start of the 2026 shincha season.
The cultivar is yabukita.
Leaf rich in sweetness and umami is selected, blended by an experienced tea master, and finished with a careful hiire (final firing).
It has the fresh sweetness and clean aroma of a first tea of the season.
It is finished so that the freshness and full aroma of new-crop leaf come through.
