Wakaba no Kaze is a sencha made from leaf picked within Shizuoka Prefecture.
The cultivar is yabukita.
Leaf full of sweetness is carefully selected, blended by experienced tea masters and finished with careful hiire (final firing).
Sweetness and astringency are well balanced, with moderate body and a faint roasted aroma to enjoy as well.
The finish is clean, so it also goes well with food.
