We supply Japanese tea to cafés, hotels, food manufacturers and retail brands, in Japan and overseas. Below are the terms you will want before you start a conversation.

There is no minimum order because we would rather you tasted the tea first. A café buying three 100 g pouches and a manufacturer buying 100 kg are treated the same way.
What we supply
Bulk tea. Matcha, sencha, hojicha and powdered tea in 10 g, 100 g, 500 g and 1 kg. Matcha is graded by intended use — Ceremonial for drinking straight, Barista for lattes and iced drinks, Culinary for baking and manufacturing. Organic material is available.
OEM and ODM. Original blends developed to your concept, in powder, tea bag or individually wrapped format. We handle blending, packaging design and production.
Tea ware and equipment. Teapots, cups and serving equipment, including tea station fixtures for offices and hotels.
Japanese tea catering. For exhibitions, launches and corporate events, with original souvenirs developed to match.
Packing and filling
We fill tea into pouches here in Shizuoka, in whatever size your product needs. The charge is per pouch, by fill weight, on top of the price of the tea itself.

You are welcome to send us your own pouches. If you already have packaging — your printed design, your material, your size — send it to us and we will fill it. Filling and printing are charged at the same rates; you simply do not pay for the pouch.
A worked example. One kilo of matcha filled into thirty-three 30 g pouches, using our pouches, with best-by and lot printing: JPY 197 per pouch, so JPY 6,501 for the run, plus the tea and the shipping.
The rates above are a guide at production volumes. A very small run spreads the same set-up work over fewer pouches, so tell us the size and quantity you have in mind and we will quote it properly.

Samples first
For bulk tea, the fastest route is to order samples directly from this store. No account, no registration, no minimum.
One thing worth knowing: our DHL rate is flat up to 2 kg. Three 100 g pouches weigh about 0.4 kg, so you could order up to roughly fifteen pouches for the same shipping cost. If you want to compare grades side by side, order them together.
Export
We ship worldwide and have experience exporting to North America and the EU. Documentation requirements differ from market to market — tell us early what your importer or customs authority needs, and we will prepare what we can.
Questions we are asked often
Can individuals buy, or is this trade only?
Anyone can buy. Company registration is not required.
How long does tea keep?
Matcha is 360 days from manufacture; leaf tea 365 days; powdered tea 180 days. Store sealed, cool and away from light and odour.
Can you match a tea we already use?
Often, yes. Send us a sample and the specification, and we will tell you what is achievable.
Do prices include tax and shipping?
No. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Can we order over 100 kg?
Yes, but not through the online checkout. Contact us and we will quote palletised or consolidated freight.
