Sencha No.1000

This is a sencha tea produced in Shizuoka Prefecture that is representative of the whole country. It is mainly produced in Makinohara, Kanaya, Omaezaki, and Kawane within the prefecture, and uses carefully selected first, second, third, and fourth harvest tea leaves, including the new tea of the year. Since its founding, Kaneka Kitagawa Tea has been using its specialized roasting techniques, cultivated through many years of research and experience, to bring out the sweetness and richness of the tea, resulting in a rich roasted aroma and fragrant taste. Different tea leaves are used depending on the price, and the appropriate blend and roasting are used to create high-quality tea. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from sencha tea drunk in a teapot to food processing such as confectionery.
